My engagement with the Life Changing Humanitarian Association (LICHA) began through volunteer service, motivated by a genuine desire to contribute to practical solutions for community challenges and social development. LICHA stood out to me as an organization that does more than provide support; it empowers people, promotes accountability, and drives change through action, advocacy, and evidence-based interventions.

As my involvement deepened, I transitioned into the role of Program Coordinator, where I contribute to the design, coordination, and implementation of programs aimed at improving livelihoods and strengthening community resilience. Drawing from my academic training in Economics and my experience in research and advocacy, I support program planning, monitoring, and reporting while ensuring that activities align with LICHA’s mission and strategic priorities.

Looking forward, I am committed to helping LICHA scale its impact through stronger program coordination, data-driven decision-making and strategic partnerships. My goal is to contribute to sustainable, well-structured programs that deliver measurable results and position LICHA as a leading actor in humanitarian action and development advocacy.
