This workshop helped to sharpen the skills of this young lady in preparation for potential employment opportunities.

Happy New Year,2023. A good start of the year with World Braille Celebration Day as LICHA CAMEROON and Hope Social Union for the Visually Impaired celebrated the dual occasion with the Inauguration of a New Office Space.
Our quest for an educated and inclusive society through the teaching of braille language to the visually impaired is part of transformative learning for sustainable development. The skills acquisition program which started last year has grown in number,necessitating a new office space. Today,the new office space was inaugurated,ready to kick start our weekly learning activities.
We call on all visually impaired persons in and around Bamenda and the North West at large to join us in acquiring this skill as a tool for transformative learning for building an equitable, inclusive and just society for all .
