Mr. Promise Fornjum, CEO of Life Changing Humanitarian Association was applauded by the Post News Paper No 218 of February 20th 2024
He has led LICHA Cameron in creating generational impacts to Anglophones Internally Displaced by the crisis in the North West and South West regions. Donations from PINGSTYRKAN KARLSKRONA, SWEDEN facilitated the impact of LICHA on the internally displaced persons.
Fighting for the less privileged, the physically challenged, orphans and widows in Cameroon is a a serious issue that is being tackled by LICHA Cameroon.We are living in a world in which there exists inequality and poverty. This is why charities are so important. In Cameroon, charity organizations such as Life Changing Humanitarian Association (LICHA) are standing up for the disadvantaged persons, with the goal of creating an equitable, inclusive, and just society for all. 2. Career Orientation and Counselling: LICHA Cameroon offers career orientation and counselling services to student, pupils, and adults on issues such as choosing a career path, depression, and addiction.
3. Distributing food/Material items: LICHA Cameroon typically collect donated items that can be distributed to the needy and distributes accordingly especially to those in prisons, orphanages, widows etc.(picture)
4. Providing medical care: Through mobile clinics and partnerships with existing healthcare providers, LICHA Cameroon has been able to offer medical care to those who do not have access to it. (picture)
5. Enhancing Skills Acquisition Programs: After Career Orientation programs, LICHA assist school dropouts to acquire skills in different crafts that can help them to be self-employed.
