Transformational Learning is the most powerful tool that will change the society from its current state of unsustainability to a sustainable society.. LICHA in it’s vision of Enhancing Skills, Alleviating Poverty and Changing lives actively took part in a 3 days training workshop of grant writing through a devoted volunteer. This workshop helped to sharpen the skills of this young lady in preparation for potential employment opportunities.
